Cinnamon Sugar Apples: A sweet and aromatic treat

Cook time: 2 mins per apple
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

4 apples (granny smith, gala, or your favorite variety)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Melted butter or cooking spray, for coating

Method:

In a small bowl, combine sugar, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, and nutmeg (if using).

Wash and dry the apples. Insert a popsicle stick into the stem end of each apple (optional).

Brush the apples with melted butter or coat with cooking spray.

Roll the apples in the cinnamon sugar mixture, coating them evenly.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the coated apples and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the sugar mixture is bubbly and fragrant.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
